Creative Team
Ariadne Blayde (Playwright) is an emerging writer whose work has been produced around the country as well as locally in New York City. Her play The Other Room won the 2008 VSA Playwright Discovery Award and was professionally produced at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. The play was also produced by the Voice Arts Collective at the 45th Street Theatre in summer 2009. Ariadne's work is published by Playscripts, Inc., and has been developed in New York at the Lark Play Development Center, HERE Arts Center, and Fordham College at Lincoln Center. Other plays include Heaven Beyond the Sun, Dust, and The Low Millions. Ariadne studies Playwriting and American Studies at Fordham University.
Daniel Winerman (Director) has directed and developed new plays at Ensemble Studio Theater, Primary Stages, Geva Theatre Center, New Dramatists Lark Theatre, Flea Theater, Midtown Int'l Theatre Festival, Fordham University, Atlantic Theater Company, New York Int'l Fringe Festival, Samuel French Short Play Festival, Summer Shorts Festival @ 59E59 Theater, NYU's Dept of Dramatic Writing, and NYU's Dept of Musical Theatre Writing. He is Literary Associate for Berkshire Playwrights Lab, a company dedicated to the development of new plays by emerging and established playwrights, and has received a Drama League Assistant Director Fellowship, a BFA in Drama from NYU, and an MFA in Directing from Boston University.
Ellen Goldberg (Stage Manager) is entering her junior year at Fordham University this fall, majoring in Design and Production with a focus in stage management. Her New York credits include: Boomers (ASM), and a reading of First Kids (ASM). Her Fordham credits include: Sleeping Hound to Wake (PA), The Good Person of Szechwan (ASM), Bulrusher (ASD), Melancholy Play (SM), Slaughterhouse-5 (PSM), Thornwilde (ASM), Three Days of Rain (ASM), The Day Room (ASM). Last summer she was an On-deck/Audio Intern with NJYT's production of RENT at the NJPAC.

Sarah J. Rogers (Assistant Producer/Authorized Company Representative) is a native of Pittsburgh and a senior playwriting and American studies major at Fordham University. Fordham credits include Game Day and Entangled. Other works have been featured in the City Theatre Young Playwrights' Festival and the Pittsburgh New Works Festival. Sarah has interned with Young Playwrights, Inc. and Classic Stage Company, and volunteers with Pittsburgh City Theatre.

Ben Pilat (Lighting Design) is the Lighting Supervisor and Resident Lighting Designer for the Los Angeles Ballet. Broadway assistant and associate design credits include Bengal Tiger at the Baghdad Zoo and Master Class. Recent projects include designs for Commonwealth Opera, The Attic Theatre Company, and the World Science Festival. As an assistant designer, Ben has worked at The Juilliard School, Opera Santa Barbara, The Kennedy Center, The Muny, and New York Theatre Workshop. Ben holds an MFA in lighting design from Boston University and is a member of United Scenic Artists. www.benpilat.com
Alex Randrup (Sound Design) is a senior Directing major at Fordham University. Regional credits include Rent, Busytown, References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot and Origin Story (Assistant Director, Hangar Theatre) and Twelfth Night (Assistant Director, Baltimore Shakespeare Festival). Fordham credits include Game Day and The Zoo Story (Director), The Good Person on Szechwan (Asst. Sound Designer) and The Rabbit Hole (Set Designer). Alex is a member of the 2009 Hangar Theatre Lab Company.

Mark Ellmore (Irwin) received his MFA in Acting from Brandeis University and has worked extensively in film, television, New York and Regional theatre. Among his credits, he's played a wide range of roles including "Charlie" in Stones in his Pockets at Hippodrome State Theatre (Florida), "Curley" in Of Mice & Men at Delaware Theatre Company and "Tybalt" in Romeo & Juliet with Moonwork in NYC. Among his Regional credits, he's worked at Merrimack Repertory Theatre, George Street Playhouse, Chicago Shakespeare Co., Main Street Theatre and The Publick Theatre (Boston). In New York, he's most recently been seen in Park Plays at Manhattan Theatre Source and Off-Broadway in Reflections of the Heart. He's been featured on ABC's Six Degrees and will soon film a TV pilot for an as yet unnamed network.
Tre Davis (Terence) has been seen off-Broadway at The Public and Signature Theatres. Other New York credits include The Toilet (New Federal), Airborne (Ensemble Studio Theatre), Lower Ninth (u/s The Flea). He has worked regionally at Shakespeare Theatre NJ, Shakespeare Fest St. Louis, and St. Louis Rep. Proud graduate of Webster Conservatory.
Francesca Choy-Kee (Anyska) New York credits include LETTERS TO THE END OF THE WORLD (World Premiere, At Hand Theatre Company); Young Jean Lee's THE SHIPMENT; EVERGREEN (Prospect Theater Company); Athol Fugard's SORROWS AND REJOICINGS, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM, THE CONSTANT WIFE, PICNIC, and AS YOU LIKE IT (NYU's Graduate Acting Program). Her regional and international credits include work at The Kennedy Center and The Thalia Theatre in Hamburg, Germany; Nicholas Martin's SHE STOOPS TO CONQUER (McCarter Theatre); Mat Smart's CHOPIN’S PRELUDES, and Sam Forman's PLEASE STOP TALKING (Williamstown Theatre Festival); BOSSA NOVA (World Premier, Yale Repertory Theater); AGNES UNDER THE BIG TOP (World Premier, The Long Wharf Theatre; CCC Award for Best Actress in a Play). Verna Pierce (Roxanne) Broadway: Dolly Dimples & Loretta Carson in Side Show, directed by Robert Longbottom, Mrs. Andersen in A Little Night Music directed by Hal Prince and Catherine in Pippin directed by Bob Fosse. Broadway tours: Petra in A Little Night Music directed by Hal Prince and Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof directed by Jerome Robbins. Off-Broadway: Some of Verna varied roles range from Miss Brady in Juno at the Vineyard Theatre directed by Lonnie Price, the Nurse in Romeo & Juliet directed by Michael Maloney of the Royal Shakespeare Co., Mrs Kendal in Elephant Man at E.L.T. Theatre directed by Bob Nigro., and Solange in The Maids at the ANA Theatre directed by Ken Eulo. Pamela Dayton (Kathy) Currently featured as Bonnie, the butch stage manager, in Episode 3 of the acclaimed web series, “Submissions Only.” Production- Broadway debut: The Producers. The Producers National tour- USA and Japan( featured profile on “Show Me St Louis” TV special). Frank Loesser: Chance and Chemistry- All Star Actors Fund benefit at the Minskoff Theatre, hosted by Sir Paul McCartney. A Little Night Music: LA revival with Glynis Johns and John McMartin. Jared McGuire (Jason) Recent credits include In the Middle of the Night for Ensemble Studio Theatre's 2011 Marathon of One-Act Plays, Ray Gosling in Anna Ziegler's Photograph 51 at 3LD Arts and Technology Center, the title role in Master Harold and the Boys at Cape May Stage, the regional premiere of Stephen Karam's Speech and Debate at the American Theatre Company in Chicago, and the film SubterraNYa, which he never got to see, but bets is pretty neat. He is a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College.
Bethany Heinrich (Jamie) was recently seen on Broadway in The Merchant of Venice. Off-Broadway: The Winter’s Tale (The Public/NYSF, dir. Michael Greif). Regional: Williamstown Theatre Festival Non-Equity Fellowship: Please Stop Talking, Big Money, Far Away, and Cold Hard Cash. Readings/Workshops include: New York Theatre Workshop, Lark Play Development Center, New York Musical Theatre Festival, BMI Musical Theatre Workshop, and Williamstown Theatre Festival.
