THE RUBBER ROOM was first produced as a one-act play at Fordham University in Fall 2010, directed by Daniel Winerman. The play has since been expanded to full-length and will be produced in August 2011 at the New York International Fringe Festival.
The play explores the day-to-day life of six teachers and a security guard in one of New York's notorious Rubber Rooms. Some are guilty, some are innocent, and all are trying to figure out what comes next in their broken lives.
